Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Sales Specialist for the South Central territory (Winchester/Swindon) in the UK. The role focuses on promoting orthopaedic products to secondary care and developing strategic account plans to grow business.

You will work with Marketing, Clinical Specialists and Professional Education to deliver value and drive adoption of technologies, while maintaining strong customer relationships and delivering on sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proven successful track record in selling, ideally within Medical Devices/Orthopaedics.
• Strong network and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to analyse customer requirements and developstrategies that drive adoption of technologies.

Responsibilities

• Achieve agreed sales targets and annual performance objectives.
• Promote products to key customers in secondary care within the territory.
• Develop comprehensive business plans for growth and new opportunities.
• Manage accounts and relationships to maximise growth and protect the business.
• Collaborate with regional teams to deliver a coordinated approach.
• Lead customer training activities and develop KOL relationships.
