Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Sales Specialist to cover the South-West territory (Reading/Oxford). You will drive growth in Orthopaedics and surgical technologies, promoting products to key customers in secondary care, and leading account plans with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a proven sales track record in medical devices, strong networking, and the ability to partner with education teams to expand adoption of new technologies while upholding the Credo values.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in selling, ideally within Medical Devices/ Orthopaedics.
• Networking – proactive in business situations and expanding networks.
• Collaborating and teaming – works across functional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Achieve agreed objectives and sales targets within the annual cycle.
• Interact and promote products to key customers in secondary care; lead in managing Specialty customers.
• Develop territory plans; focus on high-value opportunities and adoption of new technologies.
• Manage and grow accounts; align efforts to maximise growth and customer value.
• Present brand value propositions to influence buying behaviours and collaborate with medical devices teams.
