Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sales Specialist to drive growth in the South-West territory (Reading/Oxford) within DePuy Synthes. You will promote orthopaedic and neuro products to key customers in secondary care, lead account plans, and work with regional teams to deliver planned growth and adoption of new technologies.

The role requires outstanding relationship-building, strategic thinking, and proven success in medical devices sales, with a customer-centric approach and a deep understanding

Qualifications

• Proven track record in selling, ideally within the Medical Devices sector/ Orthopaedics.
• Networking – proactive in business situations; expands network continually; comfortable meeting new people.
• Collaborating and teaming – team player, actively engages and collaborates across functional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Achieve agreed objectives and sales targets in the South-West territory (Reading/Oxford).
• Interact and promote products to key customers in secondary care; lead the Specialty customer.
• Develop and deploy territory business plans to grow new business and protect core accounts.
• Build networks to sell key technologies in the surgical procedural environment.
• Present value propositions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
