Spire Murrayfield Hospital Wirral is seeking a highly motivated Theatre Practitioner to join our high performing theatre team. The role involves scrubbing for major orthopaedic cases and contributing to patient care from pre-op to recovery.

You will be part of a private hospital renowned for fast access to specialists and advanced imaging, with a strong commitment to patient health and well-being. The position is permanent, full-time, and on-site in Wirral.

Qualifications

• Experience working in teams and with minimal supervision.
• Scrub experience in orthopaedics is essential.
• HCPC or NMC registration is required.

Responsibilities

• Scrub for major orthopaedics cases—joint replacements, hips, knees and spine.
• Assist in assessing patient health across a complex caseload and support delivery of care.
• Promote best practice, collect and organize data, and support quality improvements.
