Job summary

The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an MDT Co-ordinator to support the Arthroplasty, Bone Infection and Arthroscopy services. You will work within an MDT Co-ordinator team to track patients through their pathway and collect KPI data, ensuring timely discussion of cases and accurate live minutes.

You will compile patient lists, record attendance, coordinate imaging uploads, and liaise with regional trusts.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating MDT meetings and producing minutes.
• Ability to liaise with multiple departments and external trusts.
• Awareness of KPI data collection and patient pathway tracking.

Responsibilities

• Compile lists of patients for each MDT meeting, including revision and bone infection cases.
• Record attendance and audit figures for MDT meetings (e.g., Peer Review).
• Take live formal minutes of all cases discussed and ensure timely availability of information for MDT and admin teams.
• Assist in uploading imaging and requesting via the IEP system.
• Liaise with regional trusts to obtain past medical history, microbiology results and surgical history.
• Ensure all notes, reports and images are available for the meeting by coordinating with other departments.
• Communicate with clerical staff the notes/reports required for MDT meetings.
