Job summary

The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an MDT Co-ordinator to support Arthroplasty, Bone Infection and Arthroscopy services in Birmingham. You will run multi-disciplinary team meetings, ensure all patients are listed, and record next steps for each pathway.

The role requires NHS experience with patient administration systems and strong IT and communication skills. You will liaise with staff to maintain accurate records and support KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• A level or equivalent experience is required.
• ECDL or similar qualification or experience.

Responsibilities

• Compile lists of patients for MDT meetings and ensure all cases are listed.
• Track patients through their pathway to support KPI data collection.
• Take live minutes of MDT discussions with immediate outcomes.
• Record attendance and audit figures for peer review.
• Agree next pathway stage and actions; inform staff and GPs.
• Manage meeting structure and ensure all patients are discussed.
