Job summary

Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking an MDT Coordinator to support multi-disciplinary discussions. The role focuses on coordinating meeting schedules, distributing agendas, and ensuring all relevant materials are ready for review to inform clinical decisions.

You will arrange both virtual and face-to-face meetings, manage equipment needs, and ensure attendance and decisions are properly recorded within 24 hours.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MDT meeting schedules in partnership with the lead clinician, virtually and face to face.
• Arrange necessary equipment and ensure agendas are distributed weekly and up to date.
• Ensure all materials (scans, reports) are available for review and document attendance.
• Record clinical decisions during the MDT meeting or within 24 hours of discussion.
• Arrange face to face or virtual meetings and address technical issues for smooth reviews.
• Check NHS-numbered patients on a 62-day or 31-day cancer pathway and communicate targets during meetings.
