Job summary

Straumann Group is expanding its Orthodontics team in the UK. We are seeking a Territory Manager for Orthodontics to cover Central London and Oxfordshire, driving ClearCorrect case submissions and provider growth across the region.

This field-based role requires regular travel and a self-starter mindset. You will build strong relationships with clinics, deliver compelling product presentations, and work with cross-functional teams to maximize patient growth and market share.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales/account management experience required.
• Dental/medical background is a plus.
• Strong track record in sales/account management.
• Solid presentation skills and language proficiency for the assigned territory; basic English required.
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports on defined metrics.
• Ability to interpret training documents, safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to prioritize customer needs and guide them to the right product.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales results for ClearCorrect.
• Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Make phone calls, virtual meetings and in-person visits.
• Deliver sales presentations highlighting product benefits and value.
• Develop clear proposals and quotations for customers.
• Collaborate with team to acquire new customers and grow accounts.
• Provide training to clinics and motivate staff to promote ClearCorrect.
• Coordinate with Inside Sales, Provider Service, Clinical Advisor and marketing.
• Support patient growth activities and study clubs.
• Analyze territory potential and craft growth strategy.
• Report activity in CRM and use dashboards to monitor progress.
• Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly targets.
• Develop growth plans for core customers and prospects.
• Participate in trade shows and conventions.
• Stay updated on products, market conditions and competitors.
• Provide reports on customer needs and market trends for product development.
• Attend team and company meetings and complete required training.
• Continue orthodontics knowledge and market trends.
• Communicate Straumann's Vision and Mission.
• Other duties as assigned.
