Job summary

Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Transformation Programme Manager to join a NHS Trust on an ongoing temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

You will lead the development and implementation of organisational development frameworks aligned with transformation objectives, design, commission and evaluate OD interventions, and drive culture change across large-scale organisational transformation.
