Job summary

Ayvens is seeking an Organisational Design & Development Advisor to join the OD&D team in Bristol. You will diagnose complex organisational challenges, design effective structures, and partner with senior leaders to deliver evidence-based change across the organisation.

You will enable strategic workforce planning, advise on governance, and lead capability-building initiatives to improve performance and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience.
• CIPD Level 5, Level 7 or equivalent HR/OD qualification, or demonstrable professional experience operating at an equivalent level.
• Experience in organisational design, organisational development, HR consultancy or a comparable people-focused advisory role.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert organisational design advice to leaders and Strategic People Partners.
• Design and deliver organisational development interventions to strengthen leadership capability and team effectiveness.
• Support strategic workforce planning through analysis of capability, skills and capacity.
