Job summary

Ayvens is seeking an experienced Organisational Design & Development Advisor to join the OD&D team. You will partner with senior leaders to diagnose challenges and design effective structures that build capability and sustain change.

You will combine strategic thinking with practical delivery, using data and consultancy skills to deliver evidence-based solutions that enhance performance, engagement and resilience.

Qualifications

• Experience in organisational design and development.
• Strong analytical and data-interpretation能力.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of employment legislation and governance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert organisational design advice to leaders and Strategic People Partners, supporting diagnostics, role design, organisational structures and impact assessments.
• Design and deliver organisational development interventions to strengthen leadership capability, performance, culture and team effectiveness.
• Support strategic workforce planning by analysing capability, skills and capacity to identify future needs.
• Advise on structural, behavioural and capability impacts to enable successful organisational change.
• Use data and evidence-based practice to develop recommendations, evaluate outcomes and support decisions.
• Collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders to deliver high-quality OD solutions aligned with strategic priorities.
