Job summary

Ayvens is seeking an experienced Organisational Design & Development Advisor to join the OD&D team. You will diagnose complex organisational challenges, design effective structures and build capability to deliver sustainable change.

The role blends strategic thinking with practical delivery, using data and consultancy skills to make a lasting impact. You will partner with senior leaders and HR partners to deliver evidence-based solutions that enhance performance, engagement and resilience in

Qualifications

• Experience in organisational design and development.
• Practical experience applying OD methodologies and interventions.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights.
• Experience partnering with leaders and HR partners in complex organisations.
• Knowledge of operating models, workforce planning, and culture development.
• Structured consultancy approach across diagnosis, design, delivery and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert organisational design advice to leaders and Strategic People Partners.
• Design and deliver organisational development interventions to strengthen leadership capability and team effectiveness.
• Support strategic workforce planning through analysis of capability, skills and capacity.
• Advise on structural, behavioural and capability impacts during transitions.
• Develop recommendations using data and evidence-based practice.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver high-quality organisational design and development solutions.
• Ensure activities align with governance frameworks and professional standards.
