Government Recruitment Service is seeking a Head of Organisation Design & Development to lead the Defra Group's OD&D agenda from Bristol. You will shape structures, lead a seven-strong Grade 7 team and partner with Directors General, HR Directors and ALB leaders to translate complex requirements into deliverable organisational solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead organisation design and restructuring across the Defra Group, aligning structures with political direction and enabling delivery of organisational outcomes.
• Lead OD&D work in Core Defra, agencies and ALBs, ensuring expert resource is deployed to high-priority challenges.
• Provide trusted evidence-based advice, constructive challenge and practical organisational solutions to senior stakeholders.
• Play a central role in the Workforce Strategy and Transformation Programme, enabling the Rightsizing pillar through design expertise.
• Provide expert consultancy across organisation design, organisational development, culture and behaviour, team effectiveness, transformation and change.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of seven Grade 7 OD&D practitioners, building bench strength and a cohesive service.
