Job summary

Ayvens is seeking a proactive People Change & Governance Advisor to join our governance function. You will oversee HR governance, assurance and continuous improvement, driving checks and controls across change programmes and daily HR activity.

You will analyse data, support risk management, and collaborate with HR teams to ensure compliant processes and a positive colleague experience. This role offers growth within a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations, people change, HR governance or a related advisory role within a complex organisation.
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures and employment-related risk and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with data-driven decision support.
• Experience within governance, assurance, controls or risk management frameworks.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management across HR teams and business functions.

Responsibilities

• Support governance, assurance and continuous improvement of HR activity across the organisation.
• Maintain HR governance frameworks, including risk registers and action tracking.
• Monitor HR actions, ensure accountability and timely updates.
• Support sequencing of core HR activities like compensation reviews and benefit renewals.
• Provide assurance across HR change initiatives and governance standards.
• Identify risks, issues and control gaps; propose practical solutions.
• Assist with oversight of employee relations case activity for consistency and compliance.
• Analyse lessons learned from HR cases and audits to improve policies.
