COMX PS LTD is seeking an Interim Organisation Design Lead to drive the transformation of the organisation design and operating model within a major public sector programme. You will lead hands-on analysis, modelling and design to translate decisions into detailed structures ready for implementation.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, experience in government frameworks, and a track record of end-to-end design delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end organisation design and operating model transformations.
• Experience in central government or civil service structures.
• Strong analytical skills translating HR/financial metrics into actionable insights.

Responsabilités

• Assess current structures, spans of control, and workforce capacity.
• Develop future-state organisational designs and operating models.
• Translate operating model decisions into detailed structures, roles and reporting lines.
• Produce phased transition roadmaps with milestones, dependencies and governance.
• Engage senior leaders and facilitate governance submissions.
