Haier Europe is seeking an experienced people manager to drive performance, develop talent and deliver an outstanding customer experience across our Warrington site. At Haier Europe, home to Haier, Hoover and Candy, we're looking for an experienced people manager to drive performance, develop talent and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Leading a team of Order to Delivery Specialists, you'll oversee the end-to-end order journey, working closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Transport and Commercial teams to ensure orders are delivered on time and in full.

• Contracted hours of 37.5 per week, worked as 7.5 hours per day plus a one-hour unpaid lunch break. Start and finish times can be adjusted provided core hours are covered and contracted hours are fulfilled.
