Job summary

Haier Europe is seeking an experienced people manager to drive performance and develop talent within the Order to Delivery team, partnering with Supply Chain, Operations, Transport and Commercial to ensure orders are delivered on time and in full.

You will coach and develop a high‑performing team, drive customer service and operational performance, manage order book activity and delivery commitments, and work cross‑functionally to identify improvements using data and insight.

Qualifications

• Team leadership experience within Customer Service, Order Management, Logistics or Supply Chain.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience driving continuous improvement.
• Analytical and problem-solving capability.
• SAP experience (desirable).

Responsibilities
