Job summary

Haier Europe is seeking an IT Infrastructure Operations Manager to take responsibility for local IT across the UK & Ireland and support wider European projects. Based at Birchwood Park with hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days at home), you will lead the local IT operations team to ensure service continuity and policy adherence.

You will bring strong server, network and telephony experience, manage multisite support, budgets, suppliers and contracts, and travel across UK & Ireland and

Qualifications

• Experience in IT operations roles (IT Service Desk or MSP).
• Proven leadership of IT support teams across multiple sites.
• Extensive experience with multisite IT operations, budgets, suppliers and contracts.
• Strong server, network and telephony knowledge; VLAN/LAN/WAN.

Responsibilities

• Lead local IT operations across the UK & Ireland to ensure service continuity.

You’ll have demonstrable Server and Network experience (VLAN, LAN and WAN technologies), Telephony experience (VOIP, ACD call centre systems) and a good knowledge of Microsoft products.
