Job summary

Haier Europe is seeking an experienced people manager to drive performance, develop talent and deliver an outstanding customer experience across our Warrington site. Qualifications

• Team leadership experience within Customer Service, Order Management, Logistics or Supply Chain
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience driving continuous improvement
• Analytical and problem-solving capability
• SAP experience (desirable)
