Job summary

Haier Europe, home to Haier, Hoover and Candy, is seeking an experienced people manager to lead a team of Order to Delivery Specialists and drive performance across the end-to-end order journey. You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Transport and Commercial teams to ensure orders are delivered on time and in full.

You will coach and develop staff, drive customer service excellence, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Team leadership experience within Customer Service, Order Management, Logistics or Supply Chain.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience driving continuous improvement.
• Analytical and problem-solving capability.
• SAP experience desirable.

Leading a team of Order to Delivery Specialists, you’ll oversee the end-to-end order journey, working closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Transport and Commercial teams to ensure orders are delivered on time and in full.

• Contracted hours of 37.5 per week, worked as 7.5 hours per day plus a one-hour unpaid lunch break. Start and finish times can be adjusted provided core hours are covered and contracted hours are fulfilled.
