Job summary

Haier Europe is seeking an experienced people manager to lead a team of Order to Delivery Specialists and drive performance, talent development, and exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee the end-to-end order journey and collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Transport and Commercial teams to ensure orders are delivered on time and in full.

The role offers hybrid working at our Warrington site, with core hours 09:30–16:00 and a 37.5 hour week.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in Customer Service, Order Management, Logistics or Supply Chain.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience driving continuous improvement and using data to improve service.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, support and develop a high-performing team.

• Manage order book activity and delivery commitments.
