Job summary

Haier Europe is seeking a Customer Operations Team Leader to drive performance and deliver outstanding service from our Warrington site. You will lead an Order to Delivery team, coaching staff, and coordinating with Supply Chain, Logistics and Sales to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a data-driven approach to continuous improvement. Hybrid working is offered with core hours and a 37.5-hour week.

Qualifications

• Team leadership experience within Customer Service, Order Management, Logistics or Supply Chain.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience driving continuous improvement.
• Analytical and problem-solving capability.
• SAP experience (desirable).
