Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking an organised Order Processor to join a busy team in Manchester on a 14-month maternity cover. You will process and dispatch orders, liaise with Purchasing and Warehouse to ensure accuracy and timely delivery, while communicating with customers by phone and email.

The role requires strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and good IT/database skills. Training will be provided and you will work Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Order Processor or similar role in a busy environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage a workload.
• Good IT skills and confidence using databases and internal systems.
• Professional telephone manner and clear written communication.

Responsibilities

• Accurately inputting customer orders onto the internal database.
• Processing and dispatching orders within required timescales.
• Checking order information for accuracy.
• Liaising with Purchasing about out-of-stock items.
• Working with Warehouse to resolve order processing issues.
• Handling enquiries from internal departments and customers via phone and email.
• Keeping systems and records up to date and within deadlines.
