Job summary

Evolve Personnel in the United Kingdom is seeking Sales Order Processors for an immediate start. The role involves processing prescription orders, supporting a specific territory and handling pricing queries, with standard hours of 37 per week.

You will work with internal teams to ensure accurate orders, resolve issues promptly, and maintain essential administration tasks. This temporary to permanent position is based on site and offers an opportunity for progression.

Sales Order Processors - Immediate Start

Our client based in Lye have a need for Order Processors on an a temporary to permanent basis

Hours of Work

37 hours per week (Monday to Friday 08.30 - 17.00, Friday 09.00 – 17.00)

PRINCIPAL DUTIES

• 1 Processing basic to highly complex prescription orders.
• 2 Responsible for a specific territory supporting the sales manager.
• 3 Handling pricing queries.
• 4 Develop good working relationship with internal customers to ensure effective external customer service.
• 5 Resolving queries with orders timely and efficiently.
• 6 Investigation of errors.
• 7 Working with a team of Associates to ensure department metrics are adhered to.
