Job summary

Evolve Personnel advertises a Sales Order Processor role for immediate start with our client based in Lye. You will handle order processing of prescription orders, support the sales manager in a defined territory, and respond to pricing queries.

The position is 37 hours per week, Mon-Fri with a possible Friday shift, with a view to temporary to permanent employment. You will work with Associates to meet department metrics and provide effective internal and external customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in order processing is beneficial.
• Ability to work within a team and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Process prescription orders from basic to complex.
• Support the sales manager in a defined territory.
• Handle pricing queries promptly and accurately.
• Maintain good relationships with internal customers.
• Resolve order queries in a timely manner.
• Investigate and resolve order errors.
• Collaborate with Associates to meet department metrics.
• Process E Shop orders and general order processing.
• Provide general administrative support.

Sales Order Processors - Immediate Start

Our client based in Lye have a need for Order Processors on an a temporary to permanent basis

Hours of Work:

37 hours per week (Monday to Friday 08.30 - 17.00, Friday 09.00 - 17.00)

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

• 1 Processing basic to highly complex prescription orders.
• 2 Responsible for a specific territory supporting the sales manager.
• 3 Handling pricing queries.
• 4 Develop good working relationship with internal customers to ensure effective external customer service.
• 5 Resolving queries with orders timely and efficiently.
• 6 Investigation of errors.
• 7 Working with a team of Associates to ensure department metrics are adhered to.
• 8 E Shop Orders
• 9 Order Processing
• 10 General administration.
