Location: Stone
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
Rate: £12.30 per hour
Main Duties
- Review and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Verify order information and handle special instructions appropriately
- Accurately input order details into internal systems and hauliers' portals
- Coordinate with external partners, including warehouses and hauliers
- Communicate order status and updates to customers
- Address and resolve order-related inquiries and issues
- Maintain accurate stock records
- Track order progress and provide timely updates to customers
About You
- Proven experience in order processing and coordinating transport logistics
- Strong organisational skills with excellent grammar; meticulous attention to detail (especially when reviewing emails)
- Proficient in using computer systems, ideally with experience in Sage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
