Think Specialist Recruitment is seeking a Sales Order Processing Coordinator for a well-established business in Hemel Hempstead. The role focuses on processing customer orders accurately using SAP, coordinating with sales, logistics and finance, and supporting invoicing and credit notes where possible.

Initially office-based, the position moves to a hybrid pattern (3 days in the office, 2 days home) once established.

Formación

• Experience in order processing or sales support roles.
• Strong SAP experience, ideally managing customer sales orders.
• Attention to detail and accuracy with customer orders and financial information.
• Good organisational and time management skills with multiple priorities.
• Confident communication across departments and customers.
• Experience using CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
• Exposure to invoicing and credit notes or accounts receivable.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a busy environment.
• Proactive approach with a willingness to identify problems and propose improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Process customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently using SAP.
• Manage sales orders from receipt through to shipment and delivery, with amendments as required.
• Prepare shipment release requests and issue order and delivery confirmations.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with sales, logistics and operations teams.
• Support sales forecasting with Sales Managers and Logistics, attend monthly forecast meetings.
• Manage new customer accounts, applications, setup and arrangements.
• Raise invoices and credit notes, upload invoices to portal.
• Process purchase requisitions and orders in internal systems.
• Maintain accurate customer, order and opportunity data across SAP/CRM.
• Act as a main contact for customers on order processing and account queries.
• Maintain documentation and store order records correctly.
• Support wider departmental administration and identify process improvements.
