Job summary

Advocate Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a diligent Supply Chain Coordinator for a 12-month fixed-term contract to manage day-to-day order processing, liaise with customers and logistics partners, and ensure on-time delivery.

You will use SAP, coordinate invoicing, forecast reviews, and provide admin support across the Supply Chain team, with a focus on accuracy, timely communication, and problem solving under pressure.

Qualifications

• Diligent, thorough and highly organised, with strong attention to detail.
• Numerate and literate, with good proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Comfortable working under time pressure, with the ability to prioritise tasks and efficiently manage a daily workload.
• Experienced in providing excellent customer service.
• A proactive, flexible and solution-focused individual with a strong 'can-do' attitude.
• Able to analyse logistical problems and provide accurate and practical solutions.
• Able to demonstrate a good understanding of sales and order-processing processes.
• Experienced in using SAP or another ERP system (desirable)
• Experienced with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) (desirable)

Responsibilities

• Process customer and internal sample orders accurately and efficiently using SAP.
• Build strong relationships with third-party logistics partners to ensure orders are delivered on time, in full and according to customer requirements.
• Develop relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring all internal and external requirements are met.
• Review and resolve delivery and supply chain queries with customers.
• Work alongside the Supply Chain team to review customer forecasts.
• Manage invoicing and pricing for customer orders.
• Provide excellent administrative support to the wider business, including meeting coordination, purchase order creation and supplies management.
• Assist with the management of the product samples process through the company's direct-to-consumer platform.
• Support the Supply Chain Manager with projects and ad hoc activities as required.
