Job summary

INEOS is hiring a Customer Service Representative to ensure smooth processing of customer orders and deliver excellent service. You will be the main contact for customers, coordinating with internal teams to fulfil orders accurately, on time and in full.

In this fast-paced role, you will manage orders via SAP, maintain strong relationships with commercial and operational colleagues, and support onboarding and training of new colleagues while upholding company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a customer-facing or customer service role.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, professional telephone manner.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Well-organised, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Good IT skills, including SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of products, manufacturing processes or plant operations is advantageous.
• Awareness of contract law and competition law principles.
• Confidence to challenge existing ways of working and contribute to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for customers, handling orders, enquiries, and documentation requirements.
• Process and monitor customer orders through SAP, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support throughout the order fulfilment process.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with commercial and operational colleagues to effectively respond to customer needs.
• Support team continuity by providing cover during absences and assisting with the onboarding and training of new colleagues.
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and agreed customer service procedures.
