Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer-facing or customer service role.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Well-organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Good IT skills, including experience with SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of products, manufacturing processes, or plant operations is advantageous.
• Awareness of contract law and competition law principles.
• Confidence to challenge existing ways of working and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for customers, handling orders, enquiries, and documentation requirements.
• Process and monitor customer orders through SAP, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support throughout the order fulfilment process.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with commercial and operational colleagues.
• Support team continuity by providing cover during absences and assisting with onboarding and training of new colleagues.
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and agreed procedures.
