Job summary

INEOS Inovyn in the United Kingdom is hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the primary contact for customers, processing orders via SAP and coordinating with internal teams to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately, on time and in full.

This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to solving issues. You will support onboarding and ensure compliance with policies and procedures while building durable relationships with colleagues and customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing or customer service role.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, professional telephone manner.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Good IT skills including SAP and MS Office.
• Knowledge of products, manufacturing or plant operations is advantageous.
• Awareness of contract and competition law principles.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for customers, handling orders and enquiries.
• Process and monitor orders through SAP, ensuring timely delivery.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the order fulfilment process.
• Build relationships with commercial and operational colleagues to respond to needs.
• Support continuity by covering absences and assisting onboarding/training of new colleagues.
• Ensure activities comply with policies and legal requirements.
