Job summary

Adecco in Irlam is seeking a Customer Service & Order Processing Administrator to join a busy team. You will handle customer inquiries, process orders accurately, and provide general administration across the business, helping deliver a smooth order journey. The role requires attention to detail, reliability and a proactive approach.

You will use MS Office daily and learn new systems, working four days on-site with one day hybrid after probation. Mon-Fri, 9-5.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in administration, customer service or order processing.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; quick to learn new systems.
• Positive, flexible attitude and teamwork.
• Experience in e-commerce or order fulfilment beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via email and online chat.
• Assist with product, order and delivery queries.
• Deliver friendly, professional and efficient customer support.
• Resolve routine issues and raise more complex queries when required.
• Follow up quotations, enquiries and outstanding customer requests.
