Job summary

Enterprise Digital Resources is seeking an experienced Oracle Project Manager to lead a major, multi-year Oracle transformation for a heavy industry manufacturing client. Remote-first with rare US travel; ASAP start.

You will own the programme from the client side, govern delivery with the consultancy, manage timelines and budget, and ensure alignment with business objectives across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering multiple full-lifecycle Oracle implementations (manufacturing exposure preferred).
• Strong governance and stakeholder management across complex programmes.
• Excellent communication and leadership across senior and operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own the Oracle programme end-to-end.
• Review and optimise the existing Oracle solution ahead of group rollout.
• Manage and oversee the implementation consultancy/partner.
• Drive programme governance, executive reporting, and risk management.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders and plant teams.
• Provide hands-on leadership across a multi-year transformation.
• Ensure delivery aligns with business objectives and strategy.
