Job summary

Enterprise Digital Resources is seeking an experienced Oracle Project Manager to lead a strategic multi-year Oracle transformation in a heavy industry manufacturing setting. The role is client-side, accountable for governance, quality, timelines and commercials, with delivery leadership across a complex programme.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering multiple full lifecycle Oracle implementations.
• Manufacturing/heavy industry experience is required.
• Broad Oracle knowledge across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Financials and Project Costing.
• Strong governance and executive stakeholder management experience.
• Experience managing implementation partners/consultancies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own the Oracle programme end-to-end.
• Review and optimise the existing Oracle solution ahead of wider group rollout.
• Manage and oversee the implementation consultancy/partner.
• Drive programme governance, executive reporting, and risk management.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders and operational/plant teams.
• Provide hands‑on leadership across a complex, multi-year transformation.
• Ensure delivery remains aligned with business objectives and programme strategy.
