Job summary

Enterprise Digital Resources is seeking an experienced Oracle Project Manager for a long-term contract in manufacturing. The role is primarily remote with rare travel to the US, and starts ASAP for an initial 12-month term with potential extension.

You will own a major, multi-year Oracle transformation from the client side, ensuring delivery, quality, timelines, and commercial accountability. The position requires strong governance, leadership, and accountability to guide a complex Oracle

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering multiple full lifecycle Oracle implementations.
• Experience in manufacturing / heavy industry is preferred.
• Broad Oracle knowledge across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Financials, and Project Costing.
• Strong governance and executive stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own the Oracle programme end-to-end
• Review and optimise the existing Oracle solution ahead of wider group rollout
• Manage and oversee the implementation consultancy/partner
• Drive programme governance, executive reporting, and risk management
• Work closely with both senior stakeholders and operational/plant teams
• Provide hands‑on leadership across a complex, multi-year transformation
• Ensure delivery remains aligned with business objectives and programme strategy
