Job summary

Enterprise Digital Resources seeks an experienced Oracle Project Manager to lead a major, multi-year transformation in a manufacturing setting. You will own the programme from the client side, ensuring delivery, quality, timelines and commercial outcomes with the implementation partner.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering multiple full lifecycle Oracle implementations.
• Manufacturing / heavy industry experience.
• Broad Oracle knowledge across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Financials, and Project Costing.
• Strong programme governance and executive stakeholder management experience.
• Experience managing implementation partners/consultancies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own the Oracle programme end-to-end
• Review and optimise the existing Oracle solution ahead of wider group rollout
• Manage and oversee the implementation consultancy/partner
• Drive programme governance, executive reporting, and risk management
• Work closely with both senior stakeholders and operational/plant teams
• Provide hands-on leadership across a complex, multi-year transformation
• Ensure delivery remains aligned with business objectives and programme strategy
