Job summary

Enterprise Digital Resources in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Oracle Project Manager to own a major, multi-year transformation programme from the client side, with governance responsibilities and accountability for delivery, quality, timelines, and commercials.

The role is primarily remote with rare travel to the US, requiring strong stakeholder management and hands-on leadership across a complex Oracle implementation in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering multiple full-lifecycle Oracle implementations.
• Manufacturing or heavy industry experience.
• Broad Oracle knowledge across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Financials, and Project Costing.
• Strong governance and executive stakeholder management experience.
• Experience managing implementation partners/consultancies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own the Oracle programme end-to-end.
• Review and optimise the existing Oracle solution ahead of wider group rollout.
• Manage and oversee the implementation consultancy/partner.
• Drive programme governance, executive reporting, and risk management.
• Work closely with both senior stakeholders and operational/plant teams.
• Provide hands‑on leadership across a complex, multi-year transformation.
• Ensure delivery remains aligned with business objectives and programme strategy.
