• Proven experience delivering multiple full-lifecycle Oracle implementations.
• Manufacturing / heavy industry experience.
• Broad Oracle knowledge across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Financials, and Project Costing.
• Strong governance and executive stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own the Oracle programme end-to-end.
• Review and optimise the existing Oracle solution ahead of rollout.
• Manage and oversee the implementation consultancy/partner.
• Drive governance, reporting, and risk management.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and plant teams.
• Provide hands-on leadership across a multi-year transformation.
• Ensure delivery aligns with objectives and programme strategy.
