Job summary

Gazelle Global Consulting Limited in Coventry seeks an experienced Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Implementation Specialist to support a major ORC-enabled HCM recruitment programme. The role covers ORC configuration, recruitment processes, integrations and implementation activities across the project.

You will work with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate recruitment requirements into Oracle solutions, contribute to testing, deployment and ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) in large HCM projects.
• Ability to translate recruitment requirements into Oracle solutions and configurations.
• Experience with testing, deployment and ongoing improvements within Oracle environments.

Job description

We're looking for an experienced Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Implementation Specialist to support a major Oracle HCM recruitment programme in Coventry. This is a 6-month contract offering the opportunity to work across ORC configuration, recruitment processes, integrations and implementation activities.

You'll work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate recruitment requirements into effective Oracle solutions, while supporting testing, deployment and ongoing improvements.
