Job summary

PwC is seeking experienced Oracle Recruiting Cloud consultants to join our Oracle HCM practice in the UK. You will work on diverse, business-focused transformation programmes, delivering Oracle Cloud solutions from requirements to deployment.

You will collaborate with clients to transform recruitment processes, conduct workshops, and support post-go-live improvements while communicating clearly with stakeholders across PwC. This role leverages a strong track record in Oracle HR Cloud projects.

Qualifications

• Full lifecycle experience of at least one Oracle Cloud HCM implementation.
• Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) expertise.
• Experience configuring recruitment and talent acquisition processes.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a diverse team delivering Oracle Cloud HCM solutions from strategy to execution.
• Support clients in transforming recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
• Conduct requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis workshops.
• Configure Oracle Recruiting Cloud solutions.
• Support testing, training and deployment activities.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders using structured language.
• Collaborate with PwC colleagues to deliver Oracle Cloud Cloud solutions.
• Support post-go-live activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
