Job summary

Focus Cloud Limited is seeking an experienced Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Consultant to support the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Recruiting for customers in the West Midlands and beyond. This permanent role combines functional expertise with hands-on configuration.

You will lead requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment, configuring CSPs, job requisitions, offers, and security, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience across career sites and talent

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring ORC and Core HR.
• Ability to design CSPs, job requisitions, offers and security.
• Lead workshops with business stakeholders and translate requirements.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support ORC based on complex recruitment requirements.
• Design job requisitions, CSPs, offers, and security settings.
• Configure Career Sites, Talent Communities, and recruitment security.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations with Core HR and Workforce Structures.
• Support testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
