Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Oracle Cloud Recruitment Consultant to design and deliver recruitment cloud solutions across UK client sites, with travel to client locations as required.

You will lead workstreams, collaborate with stakeholders, and develop leadership and consulting capabilities within an active UK Oracle team.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Oracle Cloud recruitment solutions or similar cloud HCM projects.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and consulting delivery.
• Ability to collaborate with government and financial services stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams delivering Oracle Recruitment Cloud solutions for government and financial services organisations.
• Develop credibility and relationships with client stakeholders within the UK Oracle team.
• Demonstrate Oracle Cloud AI capabilities and user-experience considerations in designs.
