Job summary

Hamilton Barnes is seeking an experienced Oracle Recruiting Cloud Consultant to implement and support ORC solutions. You will configure recruiting workflows, support testing and deployments, and drive recruitment transformation across requisitions, candidate selection, job offers, and Core HR integration.

The role is a 6-month contract inside IR35 with hybrid working in Coventry (1 day onsite per week). Start ASAP.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ORC implementation experience.
• Experience configuring requisitions, candidate journeys, job offers, and career sites.
• Experience with Core HR integration and end-to-end recruiting processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting skills.
• Knowledge of HDL/HSDL and REST API is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide ORC functional support and configuration of recruiting workflows (requisitions, candidate selection, job offers, hiring journeys).
• Support integrations between ORC and Core HR, configure career sites and recruiting roles.
• Gather requirements, create BRD/functional designs, and lead workshops with stakeholders.
• Assist with testing, UAT preparation, test scripts, and data validation.
• Collaborate with technical teams on HDL/HSDL, integrations, and reporting.

Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Implementation Specialist - 6-Month Contract - Inside IR35 - Hybrid (Coventry, 1 day onsite)

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Recruiting Cloud Consultant with strong hands-on ORC implementation and support experience. In this role, you'll configure and maintain Oracle Recruiting Cloud solutions, lead workshops, support testing and deployments, and deliver recruitment transformation initiatives across requisition management, candidate selection, job offers, and Core HR integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Oracle Recruiting Cloud functional support and query resolution, configuring recruiting workflows including requisitions, candidate selection processes, job offers, and hiring journeys
• Support integrations between Oracle Recruiting Cloud and Core HR, configuring career sites, candidate experience settings, talent communities, and recruiting user roles
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend best-practice recruitment solutions, preparing business requirement and functional design documents
• Support Oracle Service Requests, assist with system testing, UAT preparation, test script creation, and defect resolution, and validate data migration and recruitment configurations
• Collaborate with technical teams on HDL, HSDL, integrations, and BI Publisher/OTBI reporting, providing regular project status updates and supporting deployment activities

What You Will Ideally Bring

• Strong implementation experience in Oracle Recruiting Cloud and Oracle Core HR
• Hands-on configuration experience across Job Requisitions, Candidate Selection Processes, Job Offers, Recruiting Types and Phases/States, Career Sites, Talent Communities, and Recruiting Roles and Security
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruiting processes from requisition creation through candidate hire, with experience in requirements gathering, solution design, workshops, testing, and deployment
• Experience with ORC integrations and interaction with Core HR and Workforce Structures, plus knowledge of Oracle Recruiting Booster features
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting skills
• Desirable, HDL/HSDL and REST API experience, OTBI/BI Publisher reporting, Oracle Talent Management exposure (Talent Review, Performance Management, Career Development), and global Oracle HCM Cloud transformation experience
