Job summary

Next Ventures is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Programme Manager to lead a major end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM implementation in the UK. The role requires hands-on governance, multi-workstream leadership and delivery of go-live with data migration, testing and cutover.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong stakeholder management, budgeting, and partner management in complex ERP/HCM programmes, with UK onsite/hybrid engagement and a long-term outlook.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
• Strong governance, risk and dependency management for large ERP/HCM programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior business/IT leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM implementation programme.
• Own programme governance, planning, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Manage multiple workstreams across the HCM programme.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, functional leads, technical teams and implementation partners.
• Oversee design, build, integration, data migration, testing, cutover and go-live.
• Manage programme budgets, resources and delivery timelines.
• Provide clear reporting to senior leadership and governance boards.
• Drive delivery against scope, quality and timelines; manage third-party partners and stakeholders.
• Ensure effective change management and business readiness.
