Infosys Consulting seeks an Oracle Product Manager to guide large-scale HCM cloud transformation initiatives. You will lead HR transformation efforts, leveraging Oracle modules and Fusion HCM to deliver impactful business outcomes across Hire-to-Retire processes.

Responsibilities include defining requirements with stakeholders, driving recruitment process innovation through technology, and contributing to pre-sales with proposals and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Oracle modules and workflows.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and its integration points.
• Understanding of Talent Management and Global HR modules.
• Experience with cloud-based HR systems and integration tools.
• Knowledge of data migration and reporting tools like Oracle BI Publisher or OTBI.
• Strong grasp of end-to-end recruitment processes, compliance, and best practices.
• Proven track record in Oracle Recruitment Cloud implementations and HR Cloud advisory.
