Job summary

Time Sourcing is seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM Lead for a leading consultancy. You will deliver end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, lead client-facing projects, and blend functional and technical HR Cloud expertise.

The role requires 2+ full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and strong experience across Core HR, Talent Management, Absence, Benefits, and related modules. Consulting background is ideal, with a competitive salary and bonus package.

Qualifications

• Completed a minimum of 2 full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Strong experience in Core HR, Talent Management, ORC, Absence, Benefits, etc.
• Consulting background preferred, but strong industry candidates are welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM solutions to clients – advising, leading, and contributing to client-facing Oracle Cloud HCM projects.
• Blend functional and technical skills to develop ideas into HR Cloud solutions.

Our client a leading consultancy with a strong track record in driving Technology enabled HR Transformation programmes across global brands, has an opportunity for an Oracle Cloud HCM Lead to join their team.

Responsibilities will include:

• Delivering end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM solutions to clients – advising, leading, and contributing to client-facing Oracle Cloud HCM projects
• Blending functional and technical skills with creativity to develop ideas into solutions within the HR Cloud industry
• Gathering client requirements, designing, and delivering workshops, training, testing, and configuring solutions in Oracle.

About You:

• Completed a minimum of 2 full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Strong Experience in one or more of the following modules/skill areas: Core HR, Talent Mgt, ORC, Absence, Benefits etc
• Consulting background would be ideal, although we welcome applications from strong candidates within the industry.
