Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Senior Application Consultant to join the UK Oracle Cloud SaaS Team. You will lead design, implementation, and delivery of Oracle HCM solutions for a diverse client base, transforming HR processes and maximizing Oracle Cloud value.

You will work with stakeholders, architects, and specialists to deliver high-quality solutions, provide functional leadership across workstreams, and mentor junior staff within a collaborative delivery environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Oracle HCM Cloud functional consulting background with HR process knowledge.
• Experience configuring and implementing Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Recruiting, Talent, Learning, and Compensation.
• Certifications in Oracle HCM are preferred.
• Minimum three full end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for multiple clients.
• Facilitate workshops and translate business needs into requirements.
• Review integration and technical designs with architects and developers.
• Support pre-sales activities and contribute to proposals.
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices across the team.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Security, Reporting and Shared Services functions.
