Job summary

Infosys Consulting is seeking an Oracle Product Manager/HR Cloud Advisory specialist to lead large-scale HCM cloud transformation initiatives in the UK. You will guide clients through HR Transformation, leveraging HR tech to improve workforce operations and experiences, including recruitment and talent management.

The role requires deep Oracle Knowledge, experience in Fusion Cloud HCM, and a strong stakeholder management approach, with mobility and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering HCM cloud transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation principles.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Recruitment Cloud.
• UK Public Sector experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with agile and waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Relevant certifications in HCM platforms (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Guide HR transformation and cloud adoption for clients, driving business outcomes.
• Lead workshops and workshops to capture requirements and design HR operating models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business functions to align HR strategy with goals.
• Support pre-sales activities with proposals and service offerings.
• Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes through technology.
• Lead teams to foster learning and growth and ensure project delivery.
