LA International Computer Consultants Ltd seeks an experienced Oracle Fusion Payroll specialist to lead UK payroll/absence implementations and ongoing support. You will drive at least one full lifecycle rollout and collaborate across technical and business teams to ensure compliance with UK statutory payments and auto-enrolment.

The role requires deep SDLC knowledge, hands-on configuration, and the ability to translate complex tech solutions for stakeholders. Security-clearance is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in Oracle FusiPayroll and Absence implementations for UK, with at least one full lifecycle rollout.
• Proficient in UK payroll, pension, and absence processes including SSP/SMP etc.
• Strong configuration knowledge of payroll elements, definitions, and GL interfaces.
• Experience writing and debugging Fast Formula (element, proration, validation).
• Knowledge of HDL, HCM Extract, BI reporting, and Payro loader.

• Communicate complex technology solutions to technical and business teams.
• Lead discussions with customer teams for integrations, data migrations, and reports.
• Ensure adherence to the full SDLC and document risk mitigations (RAID).

Required

• Should have a minimum of10+ years of hands-on experience in implementation and support of Oracle FusiPayroll and Absence modules for UK including at least 1 full-lifecycle implementations or major rollouts.
• Candidate should be proficient in all the UK Payroll, Pension and Absence Processes including
  • Statutory payments: SSP, SMP, SPP, SAP, ShPP, SPBP.
  • Student loans, attachment of earnings orders, auto-enrolment and salary sacrifice.
• Strong configuration knowledge of elements and input values, balances, calculation cards, payroll definitio relationships, payroll flow patterns, Costing and GL interfaces, third-party payments and payment method
• Practical experience writing and debugging Fast Formula (element, proration, skip and validation formulas)
• Knowledgeable on HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Payro loader.
• Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and ma teams
• Ability to lead the discussions with the customer teams for integrations, data migrations and reports relate and Absence and other modules
• Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
• Preparation of Status reports with RAG, highlighting risks and mitigations and maintaining RAID log
