Job summary

Version 1 is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR) Functional Support Consultant in the UK. You will build trusted client relationships, influence solution design, and guide best practices across Oracle HCM environments.

You will work within a leading UK Oracle practice, collaborating with experienced professionals, contributing to solution design, and advancing your Oracle expertise through focused training and certification opportunities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud experience.
• Strong functional expertise in Core HR, Talent, and HR Helpdesk.
• Experience gathering and translating business requirements into practical Oracle solutions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Eligibility for UK Security Clearance (minimum three years UK residency).

Responsibilities

• Provide functional consultancy and support across Oracle HCM Cloud environments.
• Advise clients on solutions, configuration improvements, and process enhancements.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and be their go-to Oracle expert.
• Support Oracle Cloud release management and adoption of new functionality.
• Deliver workshops, knowledge transfer sessions, and user guidance.
• Contribute to service improvements and continuous optimisation initiatives.
• Support pre-sales activities and client demonstrations where required.
• Share knowledge and mentor colleagues across the wider Oracle practice.
